Clay’Bama, Dayton born and Cleveland based rapper, has accolades such as his performance at SXSW 2024, legendary performances at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and energetic anthem “HXSTL,” which has been used as promotion for the NBA Lakers vs. Rockets game. Yet, nothing comes close to the stroke of genius that is “The Layover,” which continues to gain mastery over his artistry. His audience can hear the fine tuning in singles such as “Flip It” with its high energy percussion accompanied by his swift vocal resonance.

During his personal layover, a keen sense of sound was developed which can be heard in the production of this project.

Throughout the development of “The Layover,” Clay’Bama created his organization, Band4Band (B4B), to facilitate his masterpiece. The sound of “The Layover” has naturally evolved into his groundbreaking public offering.
